Fischer Medical Supply Shipping Policy

We know how important timely delivery is—especially when it comes to managing your health. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before approximately 2:00 PM PST will typically ship the same business day, depending on when our shipping carriers arrive for pickup. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.

  • Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other transit-related issues.

Carrier Responsibility

  • After your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • We’ll provide tracking information with every order so you can stay updated on your delivery.

  • If you notice a delay or issue after shipment, please contact the carrier directly for the fastest assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at (800) 525-3467 or info@rafischer.com.

  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, including initiating a claim and exploring replacement options.

Business Days

  • Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries via USPS Global Services.

  • Expedited international shipping may be available in select countries.

  • Please note: international shipping rates do NOT include duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you right away with options to wait, split your shipment, or request a refund.
